Healthy, handmade meals made by a Nutritionist, using premium Organic produce sourced from local farms.

HOW IT WORKS

*Weekly menu including 5 meals and 2 lunchbox snack items.

*Menu is released weekly Saturday mornings and close the following Wednesday 9am. Meals are cooked fresh and available for pick up every Friday and over the weekend from Cranbourne East.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*Meals are prepared fresh and recommended to be consumed within 3-4 days. Meals can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

*Kara's Organic Kitchen is a council registered home kitchen where foods containing allergens are stored and used, and therefore may be present in meals. If you have any questions regarding allergens please feel free to contact me at kara.rmi.nutrition@gmail.com.
